This beautiful place is Sai Kung Town in the eastern New Territories. About an hour away from Central Hong Kong via three busses and a MTR subway ride, Sai Kung is where Saint Tropez meets the South China Sea. Expats move here to benefit from the seaside town’s peace and quiet, and locals move here to fish. I came to enjoy the scenery of the town, and then go on a two hour hike to a pristine beach (blog post to follow soon). If I permanently lived in HK and had a boatload of money, I would reside in Sheung Wan on Hong Kong Island, but have a yacht docked in Sai Kung.
Sai Kung in HK; should visit it again when I’m in HK sometime.

Three More Character Posters For “The Dark Knight Rises”
After an initial set of character posters featuring the the film’s three main characters were released earlier in the week, a new set featuring the same characters has been released to contrast the previous three.
Whereas the previous set had the trio pelted with debris and rain in front of a dark and stormy background, this set features the three characters in a much lighter and softer setting as they stand looking off in the distance in snowy backdrop.
