ESB Electric silent on rewards package →

So for those of us who are already paying by direct debit, we don’t get switched to its “rewards” package. Feels like they are been run like mobile phone operators.. and sometimes they would trick you in switching to “better rate” and somehow end up with a higher bill! Just saying.. *looks over to O2 and Vodafone.
